We connect processes, data and people. Automate repetitive work, bring AI into practical workflows and create game mechanics that support engagement and sales.
Turn spreadsheets, messages and manual steps into a clear process. Connect existing tools and reduce duplicate data entry.
Where it fits
Enquiries and orders · Invoices · Inventory · Reporting
n8n / Power Automate / API
What we do
Map processes, bottlenecks and priorities
CRM, ERP, document workflows and API integrations
Approvals, notifications and reporting
Exception handling, activity logs and instructions
What you receive
A working workflow, integrations, documentation and clear ownership.
How we measure value
Cycle time, manual steps, errors and tasks completed without intervention.
02
AI transformation
Company knowledge. At the right moment.
Move from isolated experiments to managed AI use. We identify tasks, prepare data, implement assistants and train teams to review their output.
Where it fits
Support · Knowledge search · Documents · Draft materials
RAG / LLM API / Python
What we do
Assess data readiness and prioritise use cases
Search company knowledge with source references
AI agents for documents, enquiries and draft responses
Quality evaluation, permissions, training and monitoring
What you receive
A pilot using agreed data, usage rules and a scaling plan.
How we measure value
Quality on test data, time to result, cost per request and human correction rate.
03
Gamification
Engagement with a clear purpose.
Give product discovery, shopping and learning a clear path through tasks, progress and rewards. Mechanics support product value and voluntary participation.
Quizzes, tasks, levels, collections and loyalty programmes
Interactive campaigns, mini-apps and CRM integration
Participation rules, abuse prevention and hypothesis testing
What you receive
A game concept, design, implementation and measurement plan.
How we measure value
Activation, completion, repeat purchases and margin after rewards; a control group where possible.
From abstract technology to a practical change.
Three illustrative ZIEL scenarios. Choose a direction and compare how daily work or a customer experience could change.
WERK / ILLUSTRATIVE CONCEPT
No more copying every enquiry
A form creates a CRM record, validates fields and assigns work using rules. Exceptions go to the manager for review.
Duplicates and incomplete data require review. The team can stop the workflow.

THE ZIEL METHOD
Prove the value. Then scale.
01
Discover
Understand processes, data, constraints and current costs.
A problem map and baseline metrics.
02
Pilot
Choose a workflow, owner, success criteria and access boundaries.
A testable hypothesis and prototype.
03
Implement
Connect systems, test exceptions and train employees.
A working process with instructions and controls.
04
Improve
Compare results with the baseline; include costs and feedback.
A scaling decision and improvement plan.
A system you can steer. Not a black box.
◈
Data and access
Define data needs, permissions and processing locations. Review providers, retention and privacy requirements.
◎
People in the loop
Assign owners, approval points and error-handling paths. The team retains a way to stop a workflow.
≋
Economics and quality
Account for licences, APIs, support and rewards. Agree acceptance criteria before implementation and review outcomes.
Before we begin.
Do we need to replace every system?+
Not necessarily. We assess current tools and integrations. Connecting them and improving one workflow may be more useful than replacing everything.
When is automation enough without AI?+
When rules are clear: move data, check fields or assign a task. We consider AI for unstructured data, knowledge and varied requests.
Can AI process internal documents?+
Only after agreeing data scope, permissions and processing conditions. We review retention and provider data use. Sensitive information should not go into arbitrary services.
Does gamification guarantee higher sales?+
No. Results depend on the audience, product, mechanics and reward costs. We measure behaviour and economics, not just participation.
What will it cost and when will it pay back?+
That depends on the process, data, integrations and requirements. We separate pilot, implementation and running costs. Payback is assessed against actual data.
MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS
What could work more simply?
